FHU Students Select 2024 Homecoming Court Representatives

Henderson, Tennessee 鈥 (Oct. 29, 2024) 鈥 Eighteen 海角社区 students have been chosen by their peers to proudly represent their school as members of FHU鈥檚 2024 homecoming court. Representatives will be publicly recognized during a chapel presentation Thursday, Nov. 7, at 10:30 am. Following a week full of reunions and activities, two seniors will be crowned homecoming king and queen during a special coronation ceremony Saturday, Nov. 9, at 4:30 pm on Smith-Kirk Court of the Brewer Sports Center.听聽
This year鈥檚 senior candidates for homecoming queen are Rachel Hibbett, a public relations major from Henderson, Tennessee; Harper Shelton, a kinesiology and secondary education major from Centerville, Tennessee; and Reagan Malone, a sport administration major from Arab, Alabama. Candidates for homecoming king are Spencer Bowen, a Bible major from Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Max Ballard, a marketing business administration major from Columbia, Tennessee; and Ben Rivers, an accounting major from Columbia, Tennessee.听
Representatives from the junior class are Tristan Mashburn, a family science major from Waverly, Tennessee; Ellie Culbreath, a nursing and photography major from Huntingdon, Tennessee; Kannon Scott, an accounting major from Sante Fe, Tennessee; and Clayton Kirkland, a math education major from Brewton, Alabama.听
This year鈥檚 sophomore class representatives are Marlee Gary, a music education major from Trion, Georgia; Eden LaRue, an elementary education major from Alamo, Tennessee; Brady Webb, a finance major from Jackson, Tennessee; and Jack Rosenblum, a computer science major from Huntsville, Alabama.
Lastly, representing the freshman class are Sarafina Njeru, a nursing major from Rosenberg, Texas; Ally Ballard, an elementary education major from Columbia, Tennessee; Matt Miller, a business marketing major from Champaign, Illinois; and Everett Scott, currently undecided on a major, from Jackson, Tennessee.听
鈥淲e are so proud of these individuals who have been chosen by their peers to represent both their classes and FHU on this year鈥檚 homecoming court,鈥 Chris Ramey, FHU director of alumni engagement, said. 鈥淓ach of them is an example of the positive character, integrity and servant leadership that makes the Freed-Hardeman community so special.鈥
