Only completed applications will be reviewed for selection. All forms, documents and information become property of º£½ÇÉçÇø’s Department of Nursing and will not be returned, copied or released.

All items are due by May 1, 2026.

Selection letters will be mailed on or around June 1, 2026.

The number of students who can be admitted into the Nursing program may be limited. Therefore, a screening procedure will be used to select the best qualified from those who request consideration. Preference will be given to currently enrolled FHU students in good standing.

To be considered for admission to the Nursing program, students must:

• Apply and be accepted into º£½ÇÉçÇø
• Ensure all transcripts (high school and/or college) are sent to FHU.
• Review and sign Program Expenses and Uniform Dress Code no later than May 1, 2026.
• Complete Application to Nursing Program online no later than May 1, 2026.
• Take the TEAS pre-admission entrance test (fee paid by student).
• Complete the Essential Function Document online no later than May 1, 2026.
• Provide evidence of required immunizations by May 1, 2026.
• Provide a physical completed within the last 6-months (Download Nursing Program Physical Examination Form) by May 1, 2026.

To be accepted into the Nursing program, a student must have completed the following courses, GPA and TEAS benchmarks, and the additional required items identified in the Nursing Application Process:
